Don’t feel like doing a class but want to work out on your own or have a private session with one of our highly skilled instructors? Well you can!
Open gym is where our members can come in and train their hearts out! There are no classes, so the entire gym floor is yours to work out.
Open gym is Mon – Fri from 12pm – 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am til’ about 2pm.
Privates are when you request a private personal training session with one of our instructors. This can be a 1-on-1 or even with a friend or two.
